These one-day workshops are the perfect way to dip your toes into social dancing and explore some of the most popular partner dance styles—all in a fun, supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

Whether you’re dreaming of gliding across the floor with classic Ballroom elegance or heating things up with spicy Latin footwork, our summer bootcamps have something for everyone. Taught by ATOMIC’s top instructors, each bootcamp focuses on key techniques, easy-to-follow patterns, and partner connection—all designed to get you dancing with confidence in just a few hours.

Turn up the heat with ATOMIC Ballroom’s Salsa & Bachata Bootcamp with Mahsa and Rodrigo. You’ll get a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to both styles, starting with the fundamentals and building up to shines and partnering so you can hit the floor feeling ready to dance.

Beginner Kizomba Bootcamp
Instructor: Rome

Step into Kizomba with a beginner bootcamp that gets you moving, connecting, and feeling good right away. You’ll learn the smooth, essential basics of this addictive dance and leave ready to walk into Kizomba 1 with confidence.

Beginner Swing Dance Bootcamp
Instructors: James, Megan, Andrew, & Kelly

Jump into swing dancing with a fun beginner bootcamp built around Lindy Hop and Charleston. James & Megan will get you started with 6-count and Charleston basics, then Andrew & Kelly will build on that with 8-count Lindy Hop and more Charleston to keep the energy high and the dancing going.

Beginner Ballroom Bootcamp
Instructors: Brian, Doreen, Adam, & Evan

Step into the world of ballroom dancing with a fun, beginner-friendly afternoon at ATOMIC Ballroom. You’ll start with the basics of movement, frame, leading, and following, then explore classic dances like Rumba, Foxtrot, and Waltz in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
