Celebrate a special Mother’s Day-themed edition of Bobby McGee’s Dance Party at ATOMIC Ballroom. Hosted by Nick Williams, this fun night keeps the spirit of Southern California’s swing dance legacy alive with great music, great dancing, and a welcoming community feel. Join us for an afternoon of Lindy Hop, Balboa, and all things Swing, with music by DJ Shana Worel and a dance floor full of energy in the Main Ballroom.

🎓 Learn to Dance: Balboa 1 Class

Kick off the party with a beginner-friendly class taught by Matt Richey. For this special Mother’s Day themed edition, you can bring your mom to the beginning class for free. It is a fun and easy way to start the day, learn something new together, and enjoy the party afterward.

  • Details: No partner needed, and everyone is welcome! Your class fee includes entrance to Bobby McGee’s Dance Party.

Special Advanced Balboa Class

We will also have an Advanced Balboa class taught by Sarah Jensen and Nick Williams for dancers ready for higher-level material before the party begins.
