At Atomic Ballroom, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive community for all our members. By participating in our activities, you agree to abide by the following guidelines:

2. Inclusive Environment:

   – Foster an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.

   – Be mindful of language and behavior to ensure it is inclusive and does not offend or alienate others.

3. Safety First:

   – Prioritize the safety and well-being of yourself and others.

   – Follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors and staff during classes and events.

4. Consent and Boundaries:

   – Obtain explicit consent before engaging in any physical contact with others.

   – Respect personal boundaries and be attentive to others’ comfort levels.

5. Positive Communication:

   – Communicate openly and respectfully.

   – Refrain from gossip, negative comments, or behavior that could create a hostile or uncomfortable atmosphere.

6. Clean and Tidy:

   – Keep the dance floors and common areas clean and tidy.

   – Dispose of waste properly and respect the shared space.

7. Alcohol and Substance Use:

   – Do not bring, consume, or distribute on the premises.

   – Do not bring or use illegal substances on the premises.

8. Adherence to Studio Policies:

   – Follow all studio policies and guidelines related to class attendance, registration, and conduct.

   – Report any concerns or issues promptly to the studio management.

9. Continuous Improvement:

   – Be open to constructive feedback and actively seek opportunities for personal growth and improvement.

   – Support fellow members in their dance journey.

10. Enjoy the Experience:

    – Have fun, enjoy the music, and embrace the joy of dancing.

    – Contribute positively to the vibrant and supportive community at Atomic Ballroom.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from Atomic Ballroom activities.
