Take your Bachata beyond the basics with Bachata 1.5, the next step in your dance journey. This course builds on what you learned in Bachata 1, helping you develop cleaner footwork, stronger connection, and smoother transitions. You’ll explore creative variations, partner patterns, and musical accents that bring more expression and flow to your dancing.

Along the way, you’ll refine your technique and body movement while learning how to dance with confidence, style, and rhythm in any social setting. Perfect for dancers who are ready to add more dimension, musicality, and personality to their Bachata.

Prerequisites:

• Students should be comfortable with:
• Basic Bachata timing and rhythm
• Side-to-side and forward/back basics
• Right and left turns
• Crossbody lead variations
• Simple partner connection and basic body movement

Course Details:

• Cost: $120 or 6 class credits.
• VIP: Included with your VIP Membership but you must commit to all 6 weeks.
• Instructors: Rodrigo Julian
• Commitment: Students must sign up for the full 6-week course—no drop-ins allowed.

Makeup Policy:

• You can make up one missed class by attending a Level 1 or Level 1.5 drop-in class within the 6-week period.
• If you miss the last week, you’ll have one extra week to use your class credit.

As you progress, you’ll explore new turn patterns, improve your timing and connection, and add body movement and styling to make your dancing look—and feel—effortless. Whether you’re polishing your fundamentals or preparing for Salsa 2, this course will help you dance with more control, rhythm, and flair on any dance floor.
