- Jitterblast w/ Elizabeth – Wednesday, 10:00 AM A high-energy cardio blast inspired by swing dance. Think non-stop movement, sweat, and FUN.
- Total Body Mat Fitness w/ Lacey – Mondays, 6:15 PM A sculpt-and-strengthen class targeting every muscle group. Using bodyweight and mat work, you’ll tone, stretch, and build the kind of strength dancers need.
