Dance Fitness (patterns, exercise, drills, and fitness) Level moderate to high It’s a workout! Want to become a better dancer? Become more solid in your tango? Dance Fitness will Improve your body mechanics, balance control, stamina, and technique in addition to strengthening and stretching. Become a great dancer all around! No partner is needed! All levels are welcome! Note: Please bring a mat and wear clothes you don’t mind sweating in. Any shoe you can pívot in is fine.

Tango Technique is an all-level Argentine tango class designed to hone the intricate footwork, posture, and fluid movements essential to this passionate dance form. Emphasizing solo exercises, the class offers a comprehensive approach to improving technique for dancers of all skill levels. No partner needed!
