TangoFit (patterns, exercise, drills, and fitness) Level moderate to high It’s a workout! Want to become a better dancer? Become more solid in your tango? TangoFit will Improve your body mechanics, balance control, stamina, and technique in addition to strengthening and stretching. Become a great dancer all around, especially in Argentine tango. No partner is needed! All levels are welcome! Note: Please bring a mat and wear clothes you don’t mind sweating in. Any shoe you can pívot in is fine.

Tango in Heels combines sassy routines created for better tango lines, embellishments, refining tango technique, and balance control. You don’t need to know tango to do this class. If you are looking to showcase yourself as a graceful dancer and learn how to have better balance and flexibility with the bonus of learning tango steps, then this class is for you. Note: Dance shoes with heels are highly recommended.
