Nick’s JitterBlast

This new fitness program combines your favorite Lindy Hop, Charleston and Solo Jazz movements into a fun cardio workout.

Nick has spent many years perfecting his dance form while working diligently to improve his technique and health through physical training and nutrition.  Now you can start a transformation of your own…

  • Improve your general health with a fun fitness routine
  • Improve the quality of your swing movements through repetition of these basic jazz steps
