It's time! Here is our highly demanded Argentine Tango Workshop with Carina Fourmyle! This time we're having guest instructor Marcelo Rivero here to teach the intermediate track while Carina teaches the beginning track to help you fall in love with Argentine Tango. Be sure to tell all your friends to come learn this hugely popular street dance from Argentina!

Beginning Track with Carina Fourmyle
- 6:00PM - Registration & Warm up
- 6:15PM - How to Dance the Night Away: Learn the basics of Argentine Tango, including the embrace, walking, 8-count basic, forward ochos & more!
- 7:00PM - Practica
- 7:15PM - Musicality, Floor Craft & Finess: Embellish your dancing with musical variations and sleek transitions, while gracefully maneuvering the dance floor.
Intermediate Track with Marcelo Rivero
- 6:00PM - Registration & Warm up
- 6:15PM - Smooth Elegant Style for Social Dancing Part 1: In this class we will be working on technique! We will also be working on how to apply the resolution and cadencia to change direction, improve pivots in your basic 8 or ocho's (back & forward), how to do boleo's (back & forward), and most importantly how to lead/follow it.
- 7:00PM - Practica
- 7:15PM - Smooth Elegant Style for Social Dancing Part 2
No partner needed! Workshop is $30 at the door or get it for only $24 per person if you register by September 25th. You can also use 2 punches on your Virtual Punch Card. No Partner needed.
Milonga
- 8:00PM - 11:00PM - Open Argentine Tango Dancing
Milonga Free with the workshop. $10 or 1 punch off your
Dance Pass at the door.

About Marcelo Rivero: Marcelo Rivero specializes in Salsa & Argentine Tango in O.C. with 15 years teaching experience.He's worked with Hollywood stars to average Joe's/Jane's and never placed below 3rd when competed. He's had training under the famous Gabriel Misse, Carlos Copello & Pablo Veron. Known for his smooth & elegant style, patience in teaching and ability to tell a story with his dancing & choreography.
