Created by World Lindy Hop Champion and fitness trainer Nick Williams, JitterBlast is a new dance fitness program that uses the high-energy swing dances (Lindy Hop, Charleston, Jazz and others) to burn calories and tone muscle. While you're busy learning how to dance and loosing yourself in the great music, the athletic movement and momentum provide a top-notch interval workout. JitterBlast requires no partner and is designed for the complete beginner to advanced dancer, and for people of all fitness levels.
Wear your workout clothes and bring a towel and water. Prepare to sweat!
