It’s that time again! Time for National Dance Day sponsored by the Dizzy Feet Foundation. Every year, on the fourth Saturday in July, people gather around the nation (and the world) to encourage health, fitness and fun through a day long celebration of dance.

And We’re Celebrating All Week at Atomic Ballroom

Kick off the 3rd Annual National Dance Day with a week of dancing at Atomic Ballroom, learn the official routines, and head up to LA for the big day!

Learn the National Dance Day Routines at Atomic

You still have one more chance to join a group of enthusiastic teachers and students to learn the official Dance Day routines at Atomic Ballroom tonight. (Wednesday July 23).

Stop by our studio for the Everybody Dance Routine at 830p or push your skills to learn the Hip-Hop Masters Routine at 915p. And support a local dance team by donating $2 for the class.

The National Dance Day Routines

The Dizzy Feet Foundation wants people of every skill level to enjoy dance as a part of a healthy lifestyle. National Dance Day co-presidents, Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman, choreographed an Everybody Dance Routine for people of all levels of ability. And for those who want a challenge, SYTYCD choreographers Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo have created a Hip-Hop Master Class Routine that will make you sweat.

If you can’t join us at Atomic to learn the routines, you can learn them right from the comfort of your own home. Grab a friend, mom, dad and your grandma. Film yourself learning the routines and submit them to the Dizzy Feet Foundation by July 29th and you could see yourself on So You Think You Can Dance!
