Yehoodi: Where Lindy Hoppers of the world unite.

Yehoodi: Where Lindy Hoppers of the world unite.

We are!

Yehoodi is a top notch website and forum dedicated to all things swing, Lindy Hop, and jazz.  So the real question is: do you Yehoodi?

The name Yehoodi comes from Cab Calloway’s song “Who’s Yehoodi?” and has been an active presence on the Internet for a long, long time (the late ‘90s, if I remember correctly).  Yehoodi has calendars, discussion forums, and some wonderful radio shows and videos that discuss all things related to this Lindy Hopping lifestyle.  I’m particularly fond of “The Adventures of Lindyman.”

Yehoodi is a great way to get to know dancers from all over the world who love swing as much as we do, and it’s nice to get to know some other dancers online before heading to a Lindy exchange in another city.

In January 2010 Yehoodi got a makeover, and the new website looks fabulous.  Registration is a snap, so sign up today and get connected to the worldwide Lindy Hop community – because you’re Yehoodi.
