You'll burn the calories while learning some great dance moves and styling. All levels are welcome and no dance experience needed! Wear your workout clothes/shoes and bring a towel and water bottle. Get ready to blast off!

Each week, we will be teaching different material while reviewing a few core concepts. After the class, there will be a 15 minute mini-dance so you can practice all your moves.
