Beg Tango 101 Introduction to Argentine Tango
A four-week series designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the essentials of contemporary Argentine tango. Starting with a strong foundation in traditional elements, el abrazo, la caminada, los ochos y giros (the embrace, walk, crosses, and turns) this series will present classic approaches to the world's most sensual social dance, while appealing to modern techniques and sensibilities. A study of strength, flexibility and balance exercises will be offered to isolate pivotal elements. The course will also develop a strong sense of milonga etiquette-- cabaceo (invitations), good timing for tandas y cortinas (sets & breaks), as well as navigation and floorcraft.

Tango Vals (Waltz) is a type of Argentine Tango dancing where the timing is similar to a Waltz dance using the 1-2-3 format.  This series will teach you the basics and give you the moves to have you dancing at the Milongas.
